How it works

Your pieces ship directly from our trusted supplier partners. Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves the warehouse to the moment it reaches your door, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after they ship. During busy periods (holidays, sales events) delivery can take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted by email.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all orders over $50.
• A flat $3.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $50.
• What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can follow its journey any time on our order tracking page. You'll need your order ID and the email address you ordered with. Logged-in customers can also see every order in their account.
