What we collect

• Order info: your name, email, shipping address and order details — needed to fulfill your purchase.
• Account info: your name and email if you create an account. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; we never see them.
• Shopping activity: your cart, wishlist and quiz answers, so the boutique works the way you left it.
• Email lists: your address if you join the newsletter, the VIP early-access list, or the first-drop waitlist.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, send order updates, respond to your messages, and — only if you asked — send boutique news and offers. We don't sell your information, ever.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — processes your payment securely. We never see or store your card details.
• Our fulfillment partner — receives your name, address and order items so your pieces can ship.
• Email delivery — to send order updates and (opt-in) boutique emails.

That's it. No data brokers, no advertising profiles.

Analytics

We measure visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool we host ourselves. It counts page views, referrers, and which buttons get clicked so we can improve the boutique — it sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and shares nothing with third parties.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and keep the admin area secure. No third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from boutique emails anytime with the link in any email. To review, correct or delete your account data, just contact us — we'll take care of it.
